1.What is the minimum order quantity ?
As first cooperation ,you can choose one or two pcs models from our stock to check our handcrafted and sound .If confirmed order ,we can give your MOQ depend on models .
2.How long is the quality guarantee ?
For quality guarantee for one year no human damage.
3.How long the delivery time?
A.stock models , 1-3days after received your payments
B.For OEM, ukulele delivery times: 30 days or so after received your deposit.
Guitar delivery times: 45days or so after received your deposit.
4.What is your payments terms ?
For stock models : 100% payment before shipment
For OEM/ODM: 30%TT deposit first,the balance before the shipments
5.What is the payment methods?
TT / Western Union/ Paypal
6.How much for the shipment cost ?
At first ,please let us know the mode of transport (by express or by air or by sea )
